Congratulations to five of our local athletes that were named to the 2012 All-State softball team by the Texas Girls Coaches Association. Making the Class 2A team were Kaylee Garner and Cassidy Dahlstrom, both from the Danbury Lady Panthers. Sweeny also had two players selected as both Kymbrey Bass and Urshel Tims of the Lady Bullldogs made the team for Class 3A. And in Class 5A, Kellye Kincannon of the Brazoswood Lady Bucs made the All-State team. Great job ladies!
